Description
Large 9″ x 12″ perpetual golf plaque. Item comes with small resin golf plaque attached to wooden board, 8 small perpetual plates and one main plate that will be attached on resin plaque. All plates including the main plate are 1″ x 3″. I can engrave as many plates as you require for free as long as I receive the engraving information at the time of purchase. All future engraving for perpetual plates will be done for small fee.

Shipping, handling:
Generally we ship orders using USPS. In some cases or upon request we will use UPS or FedEx. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the payment. I will combine or discount shipping on multiple purchases. Please wait for my invoice on multiple purchases.
Sales Tax:
Illinois sales tax of 6.25% applies to any order shipped within the state of Illinois.
Returns:
